The scheme of planning is to creating a masterplan closely attached to the building site, focus on opening view to the main street, Quang Trung. The whole building consists of 12 stories, 1 rooftop and 2 basements, with morden architecture style designed to mingle with surrounding scenery and consist development orientation of the city.

The design is focused on landscape in the front with a set back for planting at ground floor and greenery terrace on rooftop, the entire building’s design created environment friendly impression by enchanting greenery construction.
