Holiday Beach Hotel phase 2 was started in 2015, creating a complete Holiday Beach Hotel with 2 blocks, turning to a 5-star hotel with 244 rooms.

Taking advantage of the current shape of the land, A.N.D created a 11-storey building, 150 rooms with a flexible shape like a drop of water, towards Son Tra peninsula. Thanks to that, it has been optimized the view for hotel rooms and services of both buildings. The typical sunset at the hotel is formed from special imported glasses, in order to save energy and meet the sustainability criteria for the project.

The biggest disadvantage of most of the coastal hotels is that it is separated from the beach by the heavy traffic road. The design consultant proposed a walking tunnel connecting the hotel to the beach, thus the hotel can increase business efficiency with a direct service bar on the beach.
