The Trung Nam Wind Power Administration building is built on land area 14,096 m2 at Ba Thap hamlet, Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province. Base on its scale and demand of use, the project includes main disciplines: The operational building, staff house, garage, workshop house, security, football ground. The construction has to respond 3 criteria:

• The design must ensure the response to the climate in Ninh Thuan ( hot, dry during year with average temperature is highest of entire the country)
• Reach high aesthetic require and have the meaning that this is a work related to wind energy.
• A grandeur place to welcome national prime minister in annual event.

Architects offered design solution and ideas:

Façade of the building is inspired by a picture of electric flow which made of wind turbines in the back. The master plan is layouted zizag flow to minimize Sun exposed facade of the building on West and Southwest.
